The Southern Arizona Heritage & Visitor Center is located in the restored 90-year-old Pima County Courthouse in Tucson, Arizona.  The 836 square meter facility includes exhibits and media interpreting the culture and natural history of Southern Arizona.  Artifacts include examples of Adobe building construction, Native America art, and everyday objects left behind by early Spanish and American settlers.  The visitor center is also a travel resource for visitors to the area, with information on the wide variety of local activates and attractions.  The visitor center opened to the public earlier this summer.
